Love to go here for an evening out. Staff is friendly. The do need more bartenders on the weekends. Waiting 45 minutes fir a drink is a little unacceptable.

You walk on on a busy saturday night and are met with an intense heat from the building. Once inside youre yelled at for a cover and you're ID. When you step in (after midnight) youll be incountered by a massive crowd of people who are what is known as "Carbondale Drunk", which can be translated as being far too intoxicated to be in a normal public environment. With that being said, getting to that level of toasted is expected and encouraged by local friends and students. On the adverage night, youll black out by around 1am, and youll regret most of the decisions you make after that point. To put it shortly, its a wonderful mess of a time that you cant help but fall in love with. So go to stix and have a drink or 12, you beautiful disaster you.
