I have rented automobiles from this office multiple times. I have always found Nick and his crew to be very courteous, professional and prompt in providing the vehicles we've rented. I would absolutely recommend this branch to anyone. The vehicles are always very clean and exceptionally maintained. It has been an absolute joy each time we've been in the office whether picking up or dropping off a vehicle. They have always been extremely courteous, professional and prompt in meeting our reservations. I will definitely rent from them in the future. I am a frequent renter because I travel constantly for work. I have Always gotten great service From the Carbondale Enterprise location. The employees there are friendly and top notch at their job. And I especially want to thank Nicholas the branch manager. He always greets me by name. Makes sure I never have any issues with any part of my rental process. Even if the issue is my fault, and gets me taken care of quickly and out the door on my way fast. Thank you to all the employees there for all your hard work.

I just hate how long the paper work and process on the whole takes. I did my reservation on line, called and got my insurance set up and thought once I got my car picked out I would sign and go. Nope. And it's not enterprise, I rented a car last year from another place and it was just as bad! I have rented from enterprise before so all my info was in the system.
