I have been buying flowers from Jerry's for over 20 years. On 8/6/2015 at around noon, I called the shop and ordered an arrangement for my anniversary. I told the gentleman on the phone that I could be there at 4:30 to pick them up. He asked if I could make it closer to 4 but before I could answer, he says 4:30 should be fine. When I get there at 4:30, the place is closed. I call and leave my contact information and ask for an explanation for why nobody is there when they say the will be there. No flowers and no time to get some from somewhere else is not to cool. They have not contacted me with an explanation and until they do, I cannot do business with a place that just blows off its customers. It seemed strange to me that the person taking my order did not take my credit card information which leads me to believe that they never had any intention of filling this order.

I was given a bouquet of flowers last week, my kitty suddenly started nibbling on a leaf. Jerry identified the flower for me and assured me that kitty would be fine. Whew! I am SO glad I found his shop! He settled my nerves instantly!
I am called for same day delivery. I live on the west coast and wanted to have flowers delivered to my daughter. The woman I spoke with was very helpful. I like to "shop local" with local business owners. The flowers were delivered as promised and I wanted to thank you for making my daughters day just as special as she is.
