Everything was important and we could not meet all those expectations. So when Greg walked in, he just started taking care of whatever practical things that needed to be done, very unobtrusively.
We did not know the support we needed, but Greg did and addressed all he could.

The lightboard you guys added on two sides of your building are tacky and tasteless and I was floored when you people started showing slide shows of the departed to traffic along with weather and other junk. As well you have not updated the inside of your facility since 1970.
We had a very positive experience with Greg and Meredith overall. When we met for planning, we discussed options, but at no time did we experience any sales pressure or guilt trips. The key memory of working with Greg was the memorial service. There were so may things that screamed for my wife and my attention - food trays to set out and tables/chairs in the reception area, setting up a memorial display, folks who had driven many miles and wanted to talk.
