You get what you pay for. Went there together some cabinets and lattice and both were very dirty. Lady who works there told us if we pressure wash the vinyl it will come right off. Why would I buy a product brand new that I have to bring home and wash dirt from their warehouse? Makes no sense! Also teach your employees how to talk to customer's!
Stopped by the HIW store in Carbondale IL. today 8/29/2017 to look at purchasing some kitchen cabinets. My wife and I brought our dachshund with us so she wouldn't have to stay in a hot car. The man working promptly informed us we would have to take the dog out of the store. When I asked why he just stated "liability" - no apology at all! I told him that Lowes. Home Depot and Menards have all allowed our dog in their stores! He just gave me a stupid look and turned away! I then told him I would go and spend my money in one of those stores! I will never spend another dime in the Carbondale HIW store !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
