I am male and got my haircut there a number of times.. sometimes it was okay and sometimes it was awful. it was never good or great... I stopped going there... My wife was wanting to get a few inches cut off and told the chick she wanted it layered... the Cutter is stupid and poor at her guy.. she my wife said to have layers she cut it all off in the back... before that she even told the women how she still wants it long and is just trying to trim and shape it... and the women cuts off like 8-12 inches.. My wife has lovely and health hair in general and this women just hacked it off..I been with my wife 11 years and this is the shortest her hair has even been.. I will not say what I think of it because I love my wife and I like long hair... but she cried for a while at the fact that she will be forced to have a poor haircut for 6-12 months or however long it takes to get it looking normal again....
I asked the girl to trim some hair around his ears and eyes now my little boys hair Is now short and uneven. I will never go there again. I should have learned years ago when they messed up my hair. Zero stars if I could.
I just love how they are always short staffed. so much so that there's a wait time of 40 to 45 minutes for a simple haircut.
I asked for medium length hair about two inches below my shoulders with layers. I got a bowl cut thats at my jaw line with pieces that were obviously just hacked at. It too short to fix so I'll have to just deal with wearing a hat until I can go someone who knows what they're doing. I'll never go back.
was looking for a haircut place for hubby...stop in and asked one of the ladies cut him up and now he's ready :)
It makes me sick that this someone can just hack away at someones hair because they don't know how to listen... I went back for a refund and was talking with 2 people when I was leaving.. I was telling the guy that his hair turned out good at least, they agreed but his wife added that the reason she is there is because the normally jack up his hair and she has to be there to check it... I laughed because before I stopped going there, I started doing the same thing.. So I told them about the person I see now and how I haven't had a bad cut ever since then...You should be able to sue people for this crap
