I've used Loreen Mason's office since 2002 when I moved to Carbondale. She and her staff are very friendly and quick to answer any questions I have. I always get a friendly greeting when I walk in the door and she has two assistants, so I rarely have to wait for help. Whether I walk-in or call, they don't mind quoting different coverages for me when I'm considering making a change. They are also well-informed and can answer my questions. I highly recommend them.

This State Farm Agency is awful, they have a very bad customer-agent rep-ore. They are not friendly at all when it comes to filing a claim. They are liars! I give them 1 out of 5 stars and that's being generous!
