I dropped off a tuxedo to be cleaned and pressed. They ruined the shirt the day before a big event for my son. I was told to replace a shirt in a hard to find size the day before the event. I EXPLAINED I HAD MS AND COULDN'T GO LOOKING FROM STORE TO STORE THEY DIDN'T CARE. THE FRONT DESK CLERK TOLD ME OH WELL. BEWARE IF ITS SOMETHING NICE YOU NEED CLEANED DO NOT LEAVE IT WITH THESE PEOPLE
