Love the deals that have for movies and games
We have always had excellent customer service at this location. The staff for the most part is well versed and can answer questions. When only one or two employees are working they can become understandably overwhelmed if customers are demanding. The facility is clean and relatively well organized. This is a good place to rent movies, but of course it is the only one left in Carbondale.
Awful customer service here. Hadn't been in a video store in quite some time with all the other options out there. First time I was back in the manager was working. He was great. Gave me a coupon for my next free rental and was very helpful. Went back to use my coupon and the girl working was very rude. Said the computer wouldn't take it and stood there with a blank stare. I read the entire coupon to her and there was no expiration or any stipulation as to when/how to use the coupon. She finally said she would "give me it this time". Then next time I go I ask her about a movie and she gives a smart response. I will never go back. I'd rather stand at a machine with fewer options than deal with rude customer service.
