After returning the truck in the pouring rain on the 27th, I forgot my vehicle key. I called back and the manager said "I'll go check and call you back" he called back and said it was there and he would wait for me. They closed at 7pm and he was waiting for us for 15 minutes. They were amazing.
We closed on our house, but didn't remember to get a truck. We called Friday evening on May 26th. They set us one up for 7:30am on that next morning.
They are quick to serve you and conveniently located to Lakeview and a gas station on Irving park and Broadway for when you return the trucks.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have a new propane tank filling apparatus and the process was a snap.
The manager was super nice and helpful.
