Disrespectful. I had called the finish line number and the dude who answered my call was totally disrespectful.
Had to return a pair of shoes here because they rubbed a blister on my son's foot (after about 1 hour of wearing). The associate that returned the shoes for me was very rude. He asked me to not allow my child to wear them next time because now the shoes are damaged (One of the designs on the INSIDE of the shoe was slightly worn, which could also have been done by people continually trying the shoe on). He was having side conversations with the other associate in what seemed like an attempt to make me feel like I did something wrong. I will not shop here again, I recommend Shoe Carnival!!
