This place was amazing when they opened but I think it changed owners recently because it is definitely NOT the same place. The original owners were friendly, they were helpful and the whole place just had a 'feel good' vibe about it. Now when you go in you are met by snotty high school girls serving up a big dose of attitude. The last trip in was so off putting I decided that was probably my last trip in. Too bad, I used to really love this place.
Extremely knowledgeable staff and amazing, top-quality products. I love supporting local businesses and this place has anything I need. My dogs love getting bathed here!
This place is great! A wide variety of high-quality pet foods and treats. They also have a nice dog washing station that I really like. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended giving this place a look. I used to shop at Petco but I exclusively shop here now.
Great folks with an awesome selection of safe items for our pet. Anything we have asked for, they either had on hand or were able to quickly order for us.
Awesome customer service. I went in looking for a better alternative to the food my vet recommended and left with some samples of the food Pure Pets recommended so I can see how well it works. I even bought a boxed sampler if wet food and was told I could bring back unopened pouches and exchange them for flavors my cat does like.
