By accident I donated my brothers clothes in a box, went right back right after driving away and asked if I could have them back and told them what the box looked like that they were in the size, color and fashion of the clothes and was pretty much denied the clothes back. I talked to the manager and she told me that they would have employees look for the box and to call back or come back in later in the day. So I called back multiple times for the next few days to see if they had found them to only be asked what they look like and all that all over again and being told to call back. Eventually just gave up and bought my brother new clothes . This isn't my only problem with this place though, most of their merchandise is highly over priced for it being simply donated straight to them and they even sell broken items or items missing pieces and still ask crazy prices!
Honest Review: Not that big of a variety because the store ain't big enough and there are many people who steal here and can't do much about it . When you do find a good that you like , it's way more underpriced than it should actually be . For example speakers that go for $80 are sold for $10 here, clothes no matter the logo sold $2-$6, and furniture being sold $100's less than what people in garage sales would even sell it for . Please check online websites about products if you honestly think Goodwill is selling their goods "overpriced". Get educated about this topic before you commment and smite a store you spiteful Hag.
They frequently forget to give me a bag or forget to put an item in my bag..I live to far away to go back so I am just out the money....lines can be very long, with workers not even attempting to speed up the process a little. I have had the checkout people be rude when ask to look in the display case. If you do have an issue, good luck trying to find a current phone number. The number you get when you google, is disconnected:( I'm not one to complain about anything, so for me to take time to write a review is a big deal. The checkout lady at my last visit was extremely rude to a ethnic/middle eastern women trying to ask about a sale. Not only was she rude, but then she made fun of her to the next customer in line..Wow ...My last visit there was Fri. as they have raised all of their prices on most of items, you can find just as cheap in a regular store on a good sale day.
It has my changing sizes and I can make my house a home in one stop. Just love it.
Great finds but be careful donating things here bc they throw a lot of it away and will break most glass.
