Construction going on ... loud, noisy. Customer Service Reps were very helpful, but neither could get a price low enough for me to afford ... so, J C Penney, you need to lower your prices!!! I left without buying anything. Not a good experience.
Friendly staff, well-kept store and clean, along with some great sales/discounts! I love the tops here, and I always get a great deal on them!
I have spent untold amounts of hard earned cash at Sephora before. Paducah location mainly, but even Evansville, STL, etc. On my girlfriend’s cosmetics and even my own hygiene products. Now that i have one in my hometown, i will most likely never shop at one again.
So if you want to shop where a bunch of overweight snobs that made some sort of blood pact of corporate allegiance to Sephora, be my guest.

My girlfriend attempted to purchase from Sephora this week on her break from her job at Ulta. good thing right? Even the Ulta employees want to shop sephora, right? These pigs didn’t say a word to her the entire time, and when she approached the counter WITH ITEMS TO BE PURCHASED, they ignored her. Because of her ulta nametag. She did not ever get rang up at the register.
