Macy's at the University Mall in Carbondale is a complete department store. It has clothing for the entire family, a complete home and small appliance department and an extensive cologne and perfume department. It does not have a major appliance section. It provides a very pleasant shopping experience.
Terrible asking for help was impossible when I did none showed up like told left no purchase will not return
Nothing in the men's section. Customer care didn't know where anything was. Go to Kohls.
Pricey, but some nice sale items. Personally, I find more @ our Marion Dillards.
Purchased a very nice suit and dress shirt for my husband. Had the latest (four) Macy's coupons. None,of course, were usable- as usual. I finally get it. Macy's is the master of come-ons and disappointment.
