Was there for 30 mins with several associates passing by without asking for help. Then when asking one associate where an item was told us, " down that asile to the left". If we were shown and was assisted I am sure we would of got out there sooner.
The cashier's are always nice but I hardly ever have any people in the store to help where you need them
Absolutely awful! I came in for some plywood and some vinyl siding hangers. The aisle to the plywood was blocked off and workers were milling around talking. No work being done in this aisle. I then went to hardware section and inquired where I could find the hangers. The man told me that they did not carry the hangers and that I might want to try one of the "big box stores." I told him this WAS a big box store. He told me other people had come into Lowe's looking for these too. Sheesh! I went back to the plywood aisle and it was still blocked off with the same guys milling around. I waited about 5 more minutes and still no work or action in this aisle. I asked one of the workers if I could get into this aisle to purchase plywood? He said, "no, we are going to do some work there." I walked away, disgusted, with those same workers idly milling around. I guess I will now have to do all of my shopping at one of those other " Big Box Stores. Lowe's was only convenient in location to me. I will not shop there again.
Great service!! The gentleman who waited for on me his name is Steven, was so very helpful. I'm glad he was there. He know what he is talking about and helped me make decisions. Good salesman
