To compensate me they give me a 150 gift card. That smooths me over a bit. I ask, "Can I use this toward my payments. I try to apply it to my payments and GUESS WHAT...? They tell me I can't. Go figure. It can only be used on a new purchase. WHY WOULD I EVER WANT TO BUY ANYTHING ELSE FROM THEM EVER AGAIN.....

P.S. they told me i could make payments for a year without interest. What they didn't tell me is that there was a 2 dollar monthly account fee. They led me to believe that I wouldn't have to pay anything extra by making payments and yet here I am paying an extra 24$. I look back on my experience with them and it feels like they just DECEIVED.

Went in to get an engagement ring. Picked out the exact one. They were really nice and worked with my price range. I was told 4 weeks max to get my ring. I planned the proposal. 3 week later I called to check on the ring. They proceeded to tell me that it was not guaranteed for another month. Which by the way it took 4 phone calls and a week in a half for anyone to even tell me that. The whole time my wife now is waiting and anticipating and even starts to get doubt about whether or not I am going to propose. Finally I get a hold of the district manager who happens to be at the store. She actually takes the time to look closely at my order and finds out that they made an error.
