I have been taking my shitzu here for a while..This is my second round and last..Yeah, they are nice people but this time they really screwd his hair up bad....His chest today was almost shaved to the skin....He is shaved to the skin under his front leg...He has a spot on the side of his nose down to the skin.... Very botched up work....In fact I may seek legal help...I am thoroughly pissed off.
I had a very good experience with this groomer. I took my cat, a very fluffy Himalayan, for a grooming and it was $50--definitely the cheapest in town. They were nice and did a really solid job, kitty loved his haircut!

I have 2 dogs, one who is terrified and skittish of everything. In the past, taking her to be groomed was a very stressful experience, with her usually peeing on the floor out of fear when we got there and trembling out of fear. HOWEVER, Lana's has been a completely different and positive experience for her. She no longer is nervous, and when I go to pick her up she is even SLEEPING! I can't even explain how much I appreciate their services, and they love the animals they work on. The quality of grooming is even the best I've seen. Maddie and Bella LOVE Lana's :)
