I have been very pleased with the service department. I have gotten repairs and car maintenance done at various mechanics, and have always felt uncomfortable. I don't know much about cars, and the other mechanics have sure taken advantage of that, by constantly trying to sell me repairs that were not necessary. Once I started getting my work done at Vogler Ford, and I never went to another outside mechanic. The Vogler service team has been very professional, respectful, honest, kind, accommodating, and reliable. They never once tried to sell me anything my car did not need, and anytime my car had an issue, they helped me understand the issue in an easy to understand but respectful way. At one point my A/C cut out. A mechanic in the area quoted me $1,200 for the repair. Vogler Ford quoted me $350. I went with Vogler, and the A/C has been working great for years! I would definitely recommend getting your repairs and maintenance done with them!
