Get the price, not the payments. We know two families, one got a great deal, the other couldn't get an answer on the actual price of the car, just the monthly payments.
I had an appointment to figure out what was wrong with my door at 9:30am and arrived at 9:15. I walked in and no one said a word to me. Everyone walked past me and headed outside to smoke cigarettes. I sat inside looking for someone to talk to for 15 minutes. Someone finally came in and said, "Do you need something." They proceeded to help and told me to take a seat in the waiting room. I waited from 9:30a-1:30p JUST for them to tell me we needed to reschedule an appointment after the holidays. I will mention there was a gentleman at the service desk who was very sweet and tried his hardest to help me, but other than that–I will NEVER go back. Thank you, but no thank you.
I have read a lot of good and bad reviews of this place, but my experience was good. I got a brand new car at a great price, even though they were incredibly busy when I was there - they had me in and out the door in under 3 hours with my new car. Pretty good since I didn't know exactly which one I wanted when I walked in (the one I wanted had been sold earlier in the day), so there was some walking the lot time & test drive time in there as well. I only had a bottle of water while I was waiting, but they had cookies & pizza available as well which would definitely be beneficial for most people waiting to work out their deals. The salesman was nice & easy to deal with as was the finance manager.
Salesman Rob was great. He was never pushy just informative.
