Five stars for Dr. Massie and Amy, very professional and friendly. 0 star for Carol at the front desk. She is the rudest receptionist I ever met. I was always nice and friendly to her, but she always spoke to me with a very angry tone and an annoyed face. She even rolled her eyes at me. I want to see Amy and Dr. Massie again but Carol really makes me uncomfortable. Today the way Carol spoke to me was beyond what I could take. I don't want to get upset because of the receptionist' bad manners every time checking in/out at the dentist office. For that reason, I will not go to this office again.
The next day the entire event ended with a referral to an oral surgeon and something to cut the pain, but none the less she said he was very nice and professional.
This review is for Dr.Partlow as I know nothing of Dr.Massie.
My entire family sees Dr. Massie. I have had nothing but positive experiences at his office. I recommend my family, friends and patients to this office. You can have confidence you will be treated right.

While searching dentists for an emergency for my lady, having never needed this type of service I didn't know what to expect. I called nearly every dental office in the carbondale area and left messages on the emergency lines asking for a call back even though she does not have a regular dentist but is fully insured. About half of them didn't called me back, the others were very dismissive and basically said make an appointment during office hours. As for Dr.partlow, he was the only! one to take the time and ask me what the issue was and based on what I told him was kind enough to call in some antibiotics that is an essential prerequisite to any future procedure based on the conditions of the injury and was kind enough to suggest some things to relieve her pain. Needless to say we will be seeing him in the morning. I believe we found our family dentist. Thanks doctor partlow. :)
