Friendly student staff, yet unprofessional employees/management. Excluding Haley Mayer [Admissions Coordinator] it was a disappointment. Visited on a very slow day [finals week] yet it took several hours to quantify a few simple questions. The bursar's office manager was "gone" and the other office managers seemed "too busy" to assist anyone with questions that the student staffing were unable to competently process.
