Just terrible waited 30 minutes for cold food. Staff had no clue what was going on. First and only time I will eat there.
Horrible service. Order was wrong. Staff was rude and untrained.
In summary, the service was extremely slow and the workers carried themselves as if they did not want to be working. One of the worst experiences getting fast food ever.
Tried this place for the first and last time on Wednesday, November 22nd, 2017. Opted to go through the drive thru around 7 pm when the dining area was moderately busy. I placed my order and waited 10 minutes in the drive thru before receiving my food which, to my disappointment, was prepared incorrectly. The staff said they would correct their mistake and make my food a second time. They asked me to pull around to the front of the store and to wait for a team member to run my food out to me. I waited another 5-10 minutes before I walked inside the restaurant and asked the employee at the front counter if my food had been made yet. After waiting 5 more minutes I finally was given my food, which was made correctly the second time.
Out of rootbeer?? How can an A& W be out of rootbeer?? Junk. And the edication level of one of the employees.... I asked for two dozen hushpuppies & he asked if what I wanted was 24......
This restarant was disgusting I had to switch tables becaues i didn't want to share my meal with the 3 flies thst were gathering around me but at the next table I counted at least 8 flies im not shore where the mess was but that many flies are a good indication that the restarant had not been cleaned well in some time the food was all covered with a crappy coslaw and there is only so much ok root beer and good cheese curds can do.... this restaurant is a health hazard.
